This little beauty Chance Chapman Combs daughter of music mogul Sean Combs and the beautiful Sarah Chapman. There aren't too many picture of Chance on the internet but I absolutely love this one (its older than those below). Chance is probably thee most beautiful little girl in Atlanta. Chance is a star is the making, she's already modeling for Belk department store! As you can see in the video below that her mother Sarah posted from Christmas 2009 she has a lot of personality!
